Your Dealer Appointment Checklist
This way, you are well prepared for your dealer appointment.
I am pleased that you are taking HARO Partner for advice.
There are a lot of things to think about and consider when buying a floor.
But we support you with a checklist so that you are optimally prepared for your building project, which also helps our HARO specialist dealer to give you the best advice. Our checklist contains useful information, tips and considerations.
I wish you a great dealer appointment!
Cordially, Floorentine
Information is the be-all and end-all of good counselling
Help your consultant to give you the best possible advice.
If possible, bring the following with you to your appointment:
Your favourite products
On our website you can create your individual product catalog and download it.
Floor plan of the room
Printed, digital or drawn (on page 5 you can sketch your room with all important key data).
Photo of the room
Printed out, on your smartphone/tablet or prepared in the Room Visualizer (you will find this on the following pages).
It will help your consultant a lot if you think about the following questions before your consultation:
- Do you have underfloor heating? If so, which heating system do you use?
- Are there differences in height between the rooms?
- What are the floor coverings of the adjoining rooms? (Tiles, parquet, carpet, etc.)
- Would you like to keep your current colour scheme in the room (walls, furniture) or will new colours move into your home with a new floor?
- Love is in the detail. What accessories can you use to perfect your dream floor?

Take your own room with you to the dealer appointment using the Room Visualiser
Your specialist advisor will be happy to show you not only how your desired floors look in person, but also how they look in your own room.
It's as simple as that:
Click or scan the QR code to HARO Room Visualizer and upload a picture of your room.
Select your dream floor by searching specifically for the article name/number or set filters to test different floors.
Click on the link icon on the right and write down the letter and number combination after the last slash of the link (e.g. share/ol2zgmxqdhu7).
In nur drei einfachen Schritten zu Ihrer Raumskizze.
Measure all walls, starting with the longest one, and draw a floor plan of your room (pay attention to elements such as bay windows).
Draw doors, windows and other fixed elements (e.g. radiators).
Use arrows to sketch the incidence of light (e.g. through windows and doors) in the room.
Tip: The sketch does not have to be true to scale. It will help your dealer to find the ideal floor for you.
We have summarised everything for you once again in a clear PDF.
Here you can download the checklist, print it out and bring it with you to your hand appointment.
In the PDF you will also find space for your notes and sketches.
