The project includes the construction and furnishing of 46 apartments, divided into 23 apartments per hotel tower, with each apartment about 500 to 600 square metres in size. The front entrance features spacious, opulent retail shops.
The Milanese designer Matteo Nunziati along with Ivanka Trump designed the interior of the building, paying particular attention to the use of high-quality materials for the interior finishings for both the shopping and the living areas. The furnishing style is modern and minimalist whilst also creating a very harmonious, warm atmosphere.
The two designers opted for HARO parquet flooring from the 4000 series and selected the Plank 1-strip African Oak brushed 2V with a bioTec oil/wax finish for the apartments.
