Modern villa between lake and mountains: HARO parquet throughout the house

The interior style of the villa can be described as modern Scandinavian minimalism with a touch of luxury living . The furnishings are characterised by a calm, natural colour palette with warm beige and cream tones, which give the room an inviting and harmonious atmosphere. The furniture is simple but high quality – clear lines, soft upholstery and discreet shapes characterise the image. Small, fluffy lambskins on the floor set Scandinavian accents and provide additional cosiness. A total of 300 square metres of HARO PARQUET Plank 1-Strip Plaza 240 4V Oak Sauvage textured naturaLinplus was laid by a Macedonian specialist company for this project. Thanks to the open-plan interior design, the high-quality oak parquet flooring can be found in every room, including the entrance area and the kitchen. The staircase to the upper floor was also completely clad in parquet flooring and looks as if it has been cast from a single mould. The uniform parquet flooring with its extra-large plaza planks not only gives the rooms a warm and cosy feel, but also harmonises excellently with the other materials such as glass, steel and concrete. The result is a natural, elegant interior look in which everything is harmonised and in which you immediately feel at home. The natural grain of the oak parquet harmonises with the sophisticated lighting elements and the large windows.

The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight and enhance the open, airy feeling of the room. Vertical louvres in combination with long curtains provide privacy without reducing the brightness and at the same time emphasise the considerable room height. Another stylish detail is the modern wall panelling made of vertical wooden slats next to the fireplace, which gives the room depth and a sophisticated touch. The decoration is deliberately minimalist – a small table with a few selected objects does not distract from the overall picture, but blends harmoniously into the clear design concept.
