Sufficient living space is a scarce commodity in Germany, especially in urban centres such as Munich. A completely new neighbourhood is currently being created there, which aims to provide a new home for many families, as well as older people. Munich Neufreimann is making urban development history on an area of 60 hectares. Taking place over three construction phases, 5,500 new flats for up to 15,000 people will be built by 2030. Infrastructure such as shops, doctors and daycare centres will also be integrated into the new neighbourhood. Affordable living space with an urban flair is being created in the style of European neighbourhoods from the late nineteenth century, combined with the amenities of modern architecture. A smart mobility concept and public transport ensure good connections to Munich city centre.

HEIDEPARK in Neufreimann is a neighbourhood within a neighbourhood: A total of 200 flats with 51 to 111 square metres of living space are being built here, and they will be ready for occupancy as early as April 2025. The new flats are modern, cosy and designed with great attention to detail. The result is a home that combines quality and security: with a bright, elegant living atmosphere, characterised by high-quality materials and carefully selected furnishings. The needs of the future tenants were a priority from the very beginning of the planning process.
HEIDEPARK comprises an impressive 200 residential units, which were fitted with a total of 17,000 square metres of HARO PARQUET 4000 TC LA 180 4V Oak Variant brushed naturaLinPlus. With its natural colouring and texture, the light oak parquet transforms each living room and bedroom into a true oasis of well-being. The warm feeling of real wood creates a cosy atmosphere in every room, while the natural materials of the parquet are not only healthy but also extremely durable and robust. From families with small children to older people to young couples – being able to live in a pollutant-free environment that is adapted to your personal living situation is nothing to take for granted.
With its naturaLinPlus matt natural oil finish, HARO PARQUET 4000 TC LA 180 4V Oak Variant brushed is breathable and brings out the natural character of the parquet flooring to optimum effect. It is robust and easy to clean, but at the same time healthy to live in and has therefore been awarded the Blue Angel label. It’s an ideal choice for the new flats at HEIDEPARK: Wood is a sustainable natural material that binds CO2, creating a positive carbon footprint. With the HARO Sustainability Passport, planners can see at a glance the certification systems in which HARO products can improve the result. Architects, property developers and future tenants alike benefit from the quality and expertise from Rosenheim.
And the results speak for themselves: The smaller flats are a pleasure to live in for individuals and couples of all ages. With well-designed, bright room concepts, many of which are barrier-free and with space for remote working, they are ideal for a cosy home. In addition, new offerings and facilities for everyday life and leisure are constantly being added to the up-and-coming Neufreimann neighbourhood – the nearest restaurant is already located in the HEIDEPARK itself.
With up to four rooms, not only do families have plenty of space for the young and the old in their own home; there is also plenty of space to play and linger in a sheltered inner courtyard, and there is a green area for running around directly adjacent to the HEIDEPARK. The nearest daycare centre, which is already in the complex, is even closer. More childcare facilities and schools are being built in the new neighbourhood.
