Beilhack Business Park – Work and fitness on DISANO by HARO

The name Beilhack has a long history in Rosenheim. Back in 1857, the Beilhack brothers founded a company to produce forge products and machines. The cornerstone for the company's core business, the production of snowploughs, was laid in the 1920s. Known the world over, Beilhack snowploughs are designed for special use on roads, at airports or on train tracks. Having remained in the family for four generations, the Schmidt Group took over the reins in 2005. The premises in Rosenheim ceased being used as the company's headquarters and its use was converted gradually over a period of 15 years. An industrial estate was developed over time on the company grounds with a modern cinema complex, car park and office building. The former administration building was preserved as the core element of the site. While the original exterior was retained, the building was transformed into a modern office and commercial building thanks to a full interior remodelling. Units were created for commercial usage, including spacious fitness rooms and 30 offices.

DISANO Project by HARO impresses the developers with its resilience and ease of care

The DISANO Project by HARO design floor was installed over an area of 750 m² throughout the building, with the advantages of the HARO floor being showcased to perfection in the corridors and offices and even in the fitness studio.
