Glue-down installation

Enjoy your parquet from the very first day to the last!

When the floor is firmly glued to the subfloor, it cannot 'work' the way a floating floor would. This reduces footfall sound and also facilitates later renovation. We also recommend a glue-down installation if you want to add the luxury of underfloor heating, because you will achieve a better heat transfer that way.

Breathe easy!
Where there is light, there is shadow – gluing down a floor costs more and takes longer compared to a floating floor. That's why many shy away from this installation type. Problems from solvents in the adhesives are history, however, if you use the proven low-emission, environmentally safe parquet adhesive from HARO.

Need a helping hand?
Gluing down a parquet floor is a major challenge for DIYers, even more so if you want to lay special patterns or your rooms are full of nooks and crannies. To be on the safe side, enlist the help of a specialist. It might cost a bit more, but the result will be well worth the investment.
