This is how it works:
Register in the myHARO customer portal.
Create a new project and give it an individual name.
To register a floor, first select your HARO floor.
Additionally, add a product you purchased from each accessory category (under, over, on top) and then specify the quantity of your selected products.
To apply for the lifetime warranty, an invoice receipt not older than 3 months is required for each purchased quantity.
After your information is verified, our service team will contact you.
