This is how it works:
Register in the myHARO customer portal.
Create a new project and give it an individual name.
To register a floor, first select your HARO floor.
In addition, add a product from each accessory category (under, over, on top) that you have purchased and then indicate the quantity of your selected products.
To apply for the lifetime guarantee, an invoice receipt not older than 3 months is required for each quantity purchased.
After your details have been checked, our service team will contact you.
