    Where young and old meet

    With a population of around 600,000 inhabitants, Dortmund is one of the largest cities in the Ruhr Region and has developed from a former industrial location into a modern metropolis. The old storage building on the western shore of the Phoenix lake has also undergone this transformation. The former warehouse, which was constructed in 1912, has now evolved into a modern meeting place for young and old. This is also reflected in the design. The façade of the listed building was completely preserved and fully restored to the highest standard. In terms of size, the apartments range from approx. 56 m² to 168 m² and all come with balcony or roof terrace. The apartments offer accessible living thanks to two highly modern lifts with light flooding through the large atrium.

The old storage building, the "Magazingebäude", perches proudly in a newly developed green area, ensuring a stunning view for the inhabitants.
