We are all familiar with the allure of Danish design. Our neighbours to the north are skilled when it comes to designing elegant things, which are easy to use and very practical, even though they are highly aesthetic. In theory, this is also also describes the approach to the Danish art of living. The rooms are not overloaded with heavy furnishings. Moreover, the rooms thrive on vast open spaces, in which a large portion of everyday objects disappear thanks to wall cupboards or smartly tailored furniture. What remains are airy, light-flooded rooms, offering a generous and nevertheless cosy atmosphere.

This is precisely the case of the re-edified single-family home in Marvaenget, which was fitted with HARO laminate flooring. The home-builders decided to install a single strip of wood throughout the hallways, kitchen, living and dining room, children’s rooms and the office. A HARO laminate floor version of the Gran Via large-size planks was selected, that is the HARO laminate Tritty 100 Gran Via 4V Oak Antique Grey authentic. A combination of an oak appearance in terms of the décor in connection with the unpretentious grey colour give the rooms very special atmosphere,

while once again highlighting the impressive flexibility of a HARO laminate floor. That is because its authentic wooden décor provides a stunning look in each one of the rooms mentioned. In addition, it offers the same level of durability and walking comfort, particularly in combination with the SilentPro DS insulation underlay, which the family also selected. The result was a vast continuous floor surface on more than 135 square metres in the inviting, open and bright rooms of the family’s residence.

The HARO laminate flooring forms a lovely contrast to the black door and window elements. Thanks to the dark furnishings and the floor’s lively décor, the large dining room has a very inviting air about it. The installation of the large planks in the direction of the window gives the bedroom more depth, in addition to appearing even larger.
