More and more frequently, modern building concepts are elegantly fusing harmoniously designed offices and equally beautiful living spaces. An excellent example of the combination of these two living environments is the newly erected office/boarding house complex in the Knowledge Park in Rosenheim. The building is located near Rosenheim’s popular Aicherpark and was created by Regnauer Fertigbau on behalf of the IBC investor group. The expansive offices of the four-storey property are designed as a co-working space, an extremely popular office concept right now. Among the tenants who have already moved into the newly designed offices is the Bavarian state government.

The 18 apartments, which offer their residents every imaginable comfort, are between 38 and 65 square metres in size. In addition, the investment company has secured a 125 square metre apartment for its own purposes. Due to the construction, the apartment tenants have a spacious, covered terrace at their disposal, which opens up an breathtaking view of the mountainous landscape of the Chiemgau Alps. On the ground floor, next to a row of shops, there is also a bistro area that acts as a working café for communicative exchange and as a social space for the residents of the boarding house. Each apartment is allocated a parking space in the back premises’ underground garage.
The interior fittings of the spacious apartments also match the consistent eco-wood construction of the building. For the design of the floors, HARO was awarded the contract for parquet in the Plank 1-strip 140 variant with a bevel in the wood type oak on the long side, Sauvage sorting with a structured naturaDur surface. HARO’s Munich partner Böhmler took care of laying the parquet, which totalled 1,200 square metres.
More and more, HARO parquet is the solution of choice for project developers, property developers and planners who don’t want to leave anything to chance in their architectural designs and consistently focus on quality and natural beauty.
