Dry cleaning
HARO floors are very easy to maintain. Dry cleaning with a mop, broom or vacuum cleaner is generally all you need to do. For people with allergies we recommend the special "Parquet & Co." vacuum cleaner from Miele.
For regular dry cleaning of the HARO floor coverings, we recommend vacuum cleaners from Kärcher (e.g. VC 6 with parquet nozzle).
Damp cleaning
When it's raining or snowing outside boots will track in a lot of dirt, making it inevitable to give your floor a damp wipe once in a while. However, "the more the better" is the wrong approach when it comes to water on a wood floor. For regular damp cleaning, we recommend the flat wet-mops Ultramat Klassik, WischMat extra or Premium 5 from Vileda.

The natural parquet cleaner is ideal for regular cleaning and care of parquet flooring. For deep cleaning we recommend the active intensive cleaner.
Cleaning oiled parquet surfaces used to be hard work and time-consuming. Not anymore with aqua oil. Now oiled parquet floors and HARO Spa Parquet are so easy to maintain that anyone can do it – without a floor polishing machine or professional help.

Useful floor care tips
1. Wood is a living material! High air humidity levels, stagnant heat and temperature swings are just as hard on your parquet floor as they are on yourself. The best climate for your floor is a room temperature of about 20°C and a relative air humidity of 50% - 60%. An electric humidifier is a useful way to ensure ideal air humidity levels.
2. With the right protection your parquet will stay beautiful for a long time. Using Teflon (PTFE) furniture gliders
under chairs and table legs helps to avoid scratches. You can also place doormats at entrances, garages or basements to minimise tracked-in dirt and grit. For additional protection, we recommend the use of protective polycarbonate mats under armchairs and office chairs.

of your intention to cancel this agreement by way of unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can but do not have to use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose.
If you decide to avail yourself of this option, we will send you confirmation of the receipt of such cancellation (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To exercise the right of cancellation, it will suffice to send notification of the right of cancellation prior to expiry of the cancellation deadline.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund you any payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs accrued from choosing a different type of delivery than the most favourable standard delivery option offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of this agreement has been received by us. In case of such a refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged as a result of such a refund.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or surrender the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.
You bear the immediate cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods
resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
