Authentic surface textures, board formats like those for parquet and wood styles that can hardly be distinguished from the original - in a word: HARO Laminate Floor. It is no wonder, because you can rely on our high quality standards - from the development to the finished product. For example, we actively support the development of styles - from the material selection for the templates to the print of the decor papers, of course with pure natural colours, as only these can emphasise the authenticity. We also make huge efforts when it comes to the surface textures of HARO TRITTY: special pressing plates come into use, for which we use original parquet textures.
What is a laminate floor
Even though this hard-surface floor covering consists of over 90 percent wood, it is resistant to cigarette burns and stiletto heels. Impact and scratch-resistant, easy to maintain, heat and light resistant, and cost-effective – a laminate floor is always a good choice.
A real success story
Northern Europeans are regarded as the inventors of the laminate floor. The first floorboards with light-coloured wood reproductions conquered the market in the mid-80s. They started a one-of-a-kind success story: In the last five years alone, laminate floor sales almost doubled worldwide. The majority of the products continue to come from German and Austrian manufacturers.
For tough cases too
Could you tell a laminate floor apart from a real wood floor at a glance? It certainly isn't easy if the laminate floor is made by parquet specialists. Tip: One thing that gives away a laminate floor is its thin profile. The advantages of HARO premium laminate flooring are clear: easy installation without any glue at all, durability, hardiness and an extended warranty of 20 years. Those with allergies can also breathe easy as house dust mites and the like have no chance here. The premium laminate floors contain only flawless, harmless materials and thus propagate a healthy indoor climate. They have even been awarded the ‘Blue Angel’ [a German quality eco-label].
The mixture makes the difference
As mentioned before, a laminate floor is mostly made of wood – but not of wood alone. The extra tough overlay, which contains melamine, and the decorative laminate are pressed together to form an extremely hard-wearing surface. The special moisture control HDF coreboard is resistant to moisture. This coreboard and the balancing laminate at the bottom ensure reliable dimensional stability. They protect the floorboards against warping and ensure that they remain beautiful for a long time.
